How To Make Money Referring People To Take Surveys

One way to make money on the Internet today is to refer people to survey programs. There are plenty of survey companies who will pay you to promote them.

Some of them offer a good referral program. I have made thousands of dollars online in the last 3 years doing this very thing. There are some easy ways to do it.

1. Refer programs that are free to join. The obvious benefit to this is you can get more people to sign up when they do not have to spend any money.

Some companies will pay you by the referral. Others will pay you only after the person you refer takes their first survey. You need to learn how the various companies compensate you.

2. Get search engine traffic. You can target keyword phrases such as earn money taking surveys, take online surveys, and so on.

An effective way to do this is to start your own blog. Write blog articles and use the keyword phrases in the titles and articles.

Add banners for the survey companies you are in to your blog. Place text link ads in the body of the articles. When people click on these ads, and join the programs from your link, you make money.

You can start a free blog at Blogger.com. You can also set up an easy blog and host it yourself with Host Gator or other hosting companies with the Fantastico blog building tool.

3. Do article marketing like I am doing. You can write articles on any type of money making themes. It does not have to be about taking surveys, although you will want to do some of that as well.

Create a short resource box with links back to your new blog. The articles are designed to get you traffic. The more traffic you get the more money you will make.

4. Join disucssion forums. Hang out in places like Work At Home Forums and create a signature file. It should include a link to your new blog.

You can not promote your survey companies in the body of the posts you make. But you will get traffic to your blog if you participate in the discussions in a helpful way.

5. Learn how to do social media marketing with Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, Digg, Stumbleupon, and so on. These are social networking, video marketing, and social directories you can use to get traffic.

There is a skill to doing this the right way. However social marketing is on the rise and offers a great way for you to get targeted traffic without spending any money.

These are all tips on how to make money referring people to take surveys. Choose good companies to join and then get busy promoting your offers!
